Feeling stuck, disconnected, or under pressure?

Let’s Begin
Psychotherapy for Men & High-Performing Individuals

Men’s Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (In Advanced Training)
Falmouth, Cornwall & Online Across the UK

I work primarily with men and high performers who value independence, responsibility, and self reliance, yet find themselves feeling stuck, constrained, or at a turning point in their lives.

Many of the people I work with appear capable and thoughtful on the outside. They may be successful in their work, committed in their relationships, or accustomed to carrying responsibility for others. Yet beneath this, they can find themselves struggling with anxiety, anger, disconnection, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a persistent sense that something is no longer working.

They are often not looking to be fixed, analysed, or told what to do. What they do want is space, space to think, to understand themselves more clearly, and to move beyond patterns that no longer serve them.

Psychotherapy offers that space.

Drawing on Transactional Analysis, I work relationally and adult to adult, recognising that many of the ways we learn to cope, whether through self reliance, emotional withdrawal, overachievement, or always appearing strong, were once creative adaptations to difficult or painful experiences. Together, we explore how these patterns may once have protected you and how they may now be limiting choice, intimacy, or fulfilment in the present.

I offer weekly psychotherapy because meaningful and lasting change develops through consistency, relationship, and regular reflection. The work is steady, respectful, and collaborative. It supports you to remain fundamentally yourself whilst loosening patterns that no longer serve you, deepening your relationships, and expanding choice in how you live.

Psychotherapy for Athletes in Falmouth, Cornwall and UK

Drawing on my background in rugby, clinical training, and lived experience of career ending injury, I provide specialist psychotherapy for athletes, former athletes, and high performance individuals.

I support people navigating injury, retirement from sport, performance pressure, concussion or brain injury, identity disruption, and major life transitions.

Sport can provide purpose, structure, and identity. When performance is interrupted or comes to an end, it can leave people feeling lost, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are beyond their role.

Psychotherapy offers a space to think honestly about these experiences and develop new ways of relating to yourself, others, and life beyond performance.

I offer weekly individual and couples psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity concerns, and significant life transitions.

Many people come to therapy when familiar ways of coping are no longer enough. They may appear capable on the outside yet feel stuck, disconnected, under pressure, or aware that something in their lives is no longer working.

Psychotherapy provides a confidential space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and understand the patterns shaping your relationships and emotional life.

Together, we work to develop greater freedom, flexibility, and choice in how you live and relate.

Psychotherapy for Men in Falmouth, Cornwall & Online Across the UK

I offer specialist weekly psychotherapy for men experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and the pressures of modern life.

Many of the men I work with value independence, responsibility, and self reliance, yet find themselves feeling stuck, emotionally disconnected, or at an impasse in some area of their lives.

Working with a therapist who understands men's experiences can provide a space to think clearly, make sense of longstanding patterns, and develop greater freedom in how you live and relate.

The work is relational, collaborative, and grounded in respect for the ways men learn to adapt, cope, and survive.
