Psychotherapy For All

Psychotherapy & Counselling in Falmouth, Cornwall

Inner Warrior Therapy | Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy

Inner Warrior Therapy offers psychotherapy in Falmouth, Cornwall, and online across the UK.

While much of my work focuses on men and high-performance individuals, I also work with women, couples, and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who are seeking thoughtful, relational psychotherapy.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes a particular difficulty has become impossible to ignore. At other times there is simply a sense that something in life or relationships is not working in the way it once did.

Psychotherapy provides a space to slow down, think clearly, and make sense of the patterns shaping your emotional life.

Using Transactional Analysis (TA), I support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

You can book a 30-minute consultation to explore whether this approach feels right for you.

How I Can Help

With over four years of clinical experience, I work with individuals experiencing a range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, and low mood

  • Trauma and emotional regulation difficulties

  • Confidence, self-esteem, and identity questions

  • Relationship challenges and communication difficulties

  • Life transitions and personal growth

  • Anger, emotional containment, and internal conflict

Every person’s experience is unique, and therapy is tailored to your particular situation.

Sometimes therapy focuses on understanding repeating patterns in relationships or emotional responses. At other times it may centre on navigating specific challenges such as stress, loss, or significant life change.

Where appropriate, I can also offer referrals to other professionals to ensure you receive the most appropriate support for your needs.

My Approach

My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a well-established psychological framework that explores how past experiences shape present patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating.

Together we explore how these patterns may have developed and how they continue to influence your emotional life, relationships, and decisions.

The aim of therapy is not simply to remove problems but to develop a clearer understanding of yourself. As patterns become visible, they often bring a new sense of awareness and choice about how you respond to situations in your life.

Sometimes recognising a pattern is enough to shift how you experience it. At other times this understanding opens the possibility of experimenting with different ways of relating, thinking, or acting.

The work is relational, collaborative, and adult-to-adult. I offer a safe, grounded space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, without judgement or pressure.
